‎**SUPER COMMITTEE - NO DEAL** Kerry's math is off. Or, he just can't do basic math? He made the statement: "Revenues are at a 60 year low. They're at about 14 or 15% of all of our GDP. Traditionally they're at about 18%...Remember, we Democrats succeeded in balancing the budget in the 1990s where, incidentally, we created 23 million new jobs...but when we did that, we had 20 to 21% revenue to GDP." He is so far off it is sad. First of all, the GDP is whacked out of proportion now (14.6 trillion now to the 2.7 trillion in 1992, what Kerry is referring to), so there are no tax increases that will create enough revenue to bring revenue from the current 15% (average) to the necessary 18%. The problem in this country is SPENDING. It is not that we don't generate enough revenue. WE DO. $2.15 trillion a year in revenue by the American taxpayers. We spend $3.5 trillion. HOW CAN THAT MATH WORK? Even if you are to raise taxes on the wealthiest Americans, you will not create an additional 1.35 trillion in revenue, JUST TO CLOSE THE SPENDING GAP. THEN WHAT?

If anyone is interested in changing America, rather than just complaining, here you go:

From my Facebook page:

Rarely, I mean almost never, do I post to other Facebookers posts about politics. Today is no exception, but there is a post from a diehard liberal of a video from the Rachael Maddow show full on defaming the Republican candidates with her brainless ribbing. She is, of all of the news programs, the worst of the bunch. Seriously? He had to pick her show? TMZ wasn't around? Anyone with one single firing neuron in their brain knows just how useless her show is. And this idiot chose to post a video from it? Personally, I hope MSNBC and Rachel Maddow both pay big in the 50 million of this lawsuit. Useless, biased trash.

Just disgusting. And our current administration is 'supporting' this? I'm so grossed out by these skeevs, I just threw up in my mouth.

“You know, a leader doesn’t have to know everything, but a leader has to know something,” he said. “I know how to surround myself with good people.” - Herman Cain

No successful corporation in history, ever, including the good ole USA was ever a one man show. Mr. Cain sir, I am voting for you. :)
Americans are so fickle! And what short memories they have. Newt says a couple of good things, and he's at the top? People, Newt has ALWAYS been a genius and a great speaker, despite all of the ethics sanctions filed against him! I like Newt Gingrich. He's a successful politician! However, I will not vote for him. This country needs a BUSINESSMAN. NOT A POLITICAL THOROUGHBRED. Why doesn't anyone understand that?

Come on, he only took 300k for consultative services. At least he knows Hawaii is the US and NOT Asia.
